Equinox Tomorrow!

I know, I know, you are dying to discover where I found
the yellow blow-up chick! (not! lol)
But really, how could I resist him?

No leaves on the trees yet but the other day I caught
sight of ground with no snow and a shadow (sun!) before the
gray and snow returned.

Soon everything will look as cheerful as yellow chick!

Snow is falling as I write this. It is dull, misty and very cold. Easter is next week and the Spring equinox is today - will we ever get any warm weather? How I long for the sun.

I wish I could be as optimistic as you are. I think that seeing grass and yellow chicks will never happen here. (more snow fell overnight)
But I DO love the big yellow chick

Hey girl. Just thought I'd let you know there was a smattering of snow on the ground here this morning and the day's high temp was a whole 36 degrees!!!!! I'm talking about in Asheville, NC, though -- NOT at home in Florida!!! Got you, didn't I?

Hang on and spring'll show for sure soon.
